My massage therapist demanded I give more tip than she deserved. Rly appalling a professional can treat a customer that way after subpar service; she was lazy w/ the work and did not relieve much pain. She did more pulling of the toes than kneading of the muscles. Thx god I had cupping included, else it would just have been a gentle oil massage. Better places to take your business.
Da Li is my favorite place to be!!! I go in hurting and tired and come out feeling relaxed and stretched and like I’m a nice and calmer person. Mahalo nui loa Jenny!
This was a great place to visit until our most recent couples massage experience. Unfortunately, the checkout process left a negative impression, as one of the staff members insisted on a 20% tip. While we fully support and appreciate tipping for good service, being pressured to provide a specific amount took away from the overall experience.
My first time at this place. I called last minute for a 90 minute massage and they took me in with their busy schedule. The atmosphere was perfect and their rooms are clean. I went in with a sore neck, shoulder, back and was taken cared of by Cece. Cece melted all my soreness away and finished with the hot stone which was included. The prices are great. Thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute cupping massage. Ally has very intuitive touch and was kind enough to give me a dab of tiger balm and massage my face to help clear my sinuses. I’ve had several cupping massages before, this one was superbly done - it is intense, but the benefits are incredibly worth it for helping clear out inflammation. I have much more energy leaving the salon than I did coming in. Heads up it is nestled between an auto parts store and upstairs - but the sheets are clean and the manager, hot stone and cupping were exemplary. This is not a fancy day spa, but the quality is unsurpassed. Drink plenty of water!!
